Noting that there is still a conflict between Israel and Palestine,

Aware of the lack of compromise from both Israel and Palestine,

Guided by a hope that both Israel and Palestine can co-exist peacefully,

Emphasizing a need to ensure the safety of all civilians,

Condemning all terrorist attacks and other scare tactics,

Therefore the Delegation of the Russian Federation does hereby: (this is not required)

1. Calls for the immediate cessation of all forms of violence from both Israel and Palestine;

2. Demands that Israel immediately remove all troops from Palestinian cities;

3. Requests that Palestine take all possible measures to bring known terrorists to justice;

4. Expresses support for special envoys to the Middle East and the Secretary-General to aid both sides in stopping all forms of violence;

5. Decides to remain actively seized of the matter.
